Paul Green PhD

Mr. Green holds a Bachelor degree in Biblical studies, Masters degree in counseling, and a Doctorate in education. He has owned numerous businesses including Restaurants,Construction companies and Early Learning Centers.

Mr. Green has dedicated most of his life to the welfare of children. He has 30 plus years experience working with and advocating for children. Mr. Green has developed and directed Early Learning Centers varying in capacity from 80 to 450 children with up to 65 employees, in Georgia and Florida.

Mr. Green's main concern is always for the children and how to make their lives better. By implementing programs and resources for teachers and care personnel, as well as help for parents, particularly for parents with special need children he strives to make a difference. Mr Green has sat on numerous boards involving child protection and needs of children. He is a former high risk foster parent , caring for 23 high risk foster children, and has worked with numerous state and county agencies dealing with the needs of children and improving their life.
